Superb location and a very helpful host. Rooms were comfortable, the beds were nicely firm and coffee capsules provided for the Nespresso machine :-) The whole apartment had nicely genuine Venetian feel about it including the entrance hall and stair well. Air conditioning worked well and was VERY welcome.

You could not wish for a better location. Just off San Marco (literally 1 minute on foot), but in a quiet side street, with no foot traffic and very little noise. Easy access to the property, host was very responsive, would book again. Good quality beds, two genuine bedrooms, great bathroom, washing machine, great kitchen.

Central to everything! A 5 min walk to piazza di San Marco, and central to restaurants and shopping! Venice is walkable from this perfect little home base. As a family of 4, we were very comfortable and loved this charming apartment. Our host was very attentive and friendly. I would stay here again!!!
